Description
Main Characteristics of the Allover System
The Allover system stands out for three key characteristics that define the product's features and make it an ideal solution both for companies — thanks to its ease of application directly on the construction site — and for end users, who benefit from the excellent technical performance and attractive appearance of the Allover coating.
1. EASY APPLICATION
Allover consists of just three products and offers a fast and simple application process.
All products are single-component and ready to use, allowing them to be used for various applications.
In just five application stages, Allover makes it possible to achieve the desired aesthetic result while providing high technical performance and an elegant appearance.
2. HIGH TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE
Allover is a single-component system that allows high-strength decorative coatings to be created on interior surfaces in all three dimensions: floors, ceilings, and walls.
The system offers high resistance to impact, abrasion, scratches, liquids, and staining.
3. EXCELLENT APPEARANCE
Allover is suitable for application on any surface and in any interior, including living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, as well as furniture and shower bases.
The system enhances design features by creating a seamless, visually continuous aesthetic that unifies all three dimensions of the room. The result is a modern, individual, and sophisticated finish.
Application, step by step
Surface Preparation
Before starting work, assess the strength of the surface and its moisture level. The surface must be cleaned of dust and grease, and any cracks and damage must be repaired. If Allover is applied to tiles or an uneven surface, abrasive treatment must be carried out.
Priming
Select the appropriate type of primer depending on the surface onto which Allover will be applied. Apply the primer with a roller.

Cement-Based Waterproofing
Use FLOORING MEMBRANE waterproofing in areas where protection of the structure and substrate from moisture, condensation, and leaks is required. Apply the waterproofing with a roller or trowel. In corners, SEALING TAPE must be used to prevent cracks from forming later.

Base Coat
Allover Base must be used when applying the system to floors or tiles. Apply the base coat in two layers using a stainless-steel trowel. When applying the material to tiles, a mesh (3.5 × 4.2 mm, 70 g/m²) must be installed between the layers. The mesh should be laid edge to edge.

Sanding
After the second layer of Allover Base has completely dried (at least 12 hours), the surface must be sanded using an orbital sander (the sanding disc grit should be P40–P60). Thoroughly remove all dust from the surface.

Decorative Finish
Depending on the desired decorative effect, apply Allover Finish to the surface. This material is applied with a stainless-steel trowel in one layer when applied over Allover Base, and in two layers when Allover Base is not used. Allow 4 hours between coats.

Sanding
After the second layer of Allover Finish has completely dried (at least 12 hours), the surface must be sanded using an orbital sander (the sanding disc grit should be P100–P150). Thoroughly remove all dust from the surface.

Varnishing
Allover TOP varnish is the main protective layer of the entire system. Apply the varnish randomly with a roller in two coats, after first diluting it with 0–15% water. Allow at least 4 hours between coats. If the decorated surface is located in areas subject to direct water exposure or on floors, a two-component varnish from the Continuo system — Continuo TOP — must be used.

Commissioning
Light use (low foot traffic) is permitted after 24 hours. For areas with increased humidity (showers, bathrooms, etc.), full use is possible 7 days after application of the varnish.
Cleaning and Maintenance of Finished Surfaces
For floors finished with the ALLOVER system, it is recommended to use chairs with transparent silicone pads on the legs, similar to those used for wooden flooring. ALLOVER TOP varnish has undergone specific testing to assess and prevent the migration of potentially harmful substances that may be released from black rubber and stain the floor surface. Nevertheless, to completely eliminate this risk, it is recommended to replace products with black rubber components with products featuring transparent silicone components. For chairs with casters, special soft casters/rollers made of transparent polyurethane or silicone are recommended to prevent the appearance of unsightly black marks. ALLOVER TOP varnish has also undergone specific testing for resistance to various commonly used cleaning products. The results demonstrated good resistance of the coating. Do not use strong alkaline or acidic products to remove limescale, as they may damage the ALLOVER system surface and deteriorate the appearance of the finish coating. In any case, prolonged contact between the surface and contaminating or aggressive substances should be avoided, and ALLOVER surfaces should be cleaned with water as soon as possible. Inside shower enclosures, in kitchens, or in humid areas where mould occurs, COMBAT 222 can be used. Apply the product directly to the surface, leave it for approximately 10 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with water. In case of severe mould/fungal contamination, repeat the treatment several times until the surface is completely restored. To remove stains from common beverages such as coffee and tea without damaging the protective ALLOVER TOP varnish, it is important to act as quickly as possible using ordinary cleaning products. If the stains do not disappear, the surface can be treated locally with a cotton swab soaked in white vinegar or bleach. Leave the product on the surface for 2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid prolonged exposure of the surface to the following liquids: lemon juice, vinegar, tomato juice, limescale removers, and acidic cleaning products in general. Do not use rotary/scrubbing machines or industrial cleaning products intended for ceramic or stone floors, as they may affect the performance characteristics and alter the appearance of the coating. In general, the washing temperature should not exceed 40 °C. Sudden temperature changes and steam cleaning should be avoided.
