Description
FONTEGO is a decorative finish for interiors that gives refined decorations with a matt and velvety effect. Its soft and lively texture draws inspiration from the places where different cultures met and exchanged precious goods, in a Renaissance Venice once the centre of the world; today it lets us recreate elegant, always-charming contemporary settings.Ready to use and very easy to apply, FONTEGO is applied with a brush in an uneven way on new and old plasters, concrete, plaster and gypsumboard surfaces. Before the product is fully dry, you can create shadings that create sophisticated and alluring effects by passing a dampened sponge or another brush.Available in various palette colors in both light and intense shades.When the work is finished, use water to dilute the product or clean the tools.
Application
- Suitable substrates
Suitable for interior application on:
New and old plasters based on hydraulic binders. Concrete surfaces. Gypsum and plasterboard surfaces. Old paints and wall coatings of organic or mineral origin, provided they are dry, sound, absorbent and firmly adhering. Mineral conglomerates of various types, provided they have absorbent properties. Surfaces must be properly prepared in accordance with the procedure described in the section “SURFACE PREPARATION.”
Plastered surfaces must be allowed to dry completely for four weeks before application.

The product is ready to use; it can be diluted with water by up to 5%, depending on the desired aesthetic effect.

- Method
Apply FONTEGO unevenly using a brush. Once the product has partially dried, use a soft, slightly damp sponge or a spatula-type brush to create areas with an uneven finish. The characteristic decorative effect will become visible once the product has dried completely.
All tools should be cleaned and washed with water immediately after use.
